In active sentences, if you use the verb be, you have to use the verb + ING

She is dancing now.
They will be traveling tonight at 11.
I was cleaning when I arrived.

 In passive sentences, you must use the verb be, and the past participle form of the verb.

The table was cleaned by her.
They will be taken home by me.
I was helped by my teacher.
We have been called up by the president.

You mustn’t say:
I slept less hours.
Hours are countable, we use fewer with countable nouns, you should say:
I slept fewer hours.

 If you need to use a noun, remember; there are countable and uncountable nouns.
She is girl. ⬅ incorrect.
She is a girl. ⬅ supercorrect.
Girl is a countable noun, it needs the indefinite article “A”

Don’t forget! You can only put the “s” to a verb when you use the simple present tense in third person, and no other tenses.
